New Beginnings Church

WEEKLY UPDATE  –  August 4, 2020

On Thursday, 8/13, we will host a Galveston County Food Distribution event in our parking lot. Please watch for an email later today for more details and the link to sign up. We need 30 volunteers to help us distribute food to families who are struggling during these difficult times of illness and loss of income. This is a wonderful way to serve our new community while following all health precautions. Call the office if you have questions.

Two Meal Train accounts have been set up to lighten the load by providing meals for the James Family after the birth of their new baby girl and for the Walsh Family while Rod is recovering from Covid-19. More details were emailed from NBCBA yesterday so please take a look and decide what option might work best for you to provide a meal. Here are the links to Meal Train:  James Family / Walsh Family. We appreciate your love and concern.
*** PLEASE NOTE: If you take or send food to the Walsh Family, their physical lot # is 61

South Houston Bible Institute’s Fall semester begins Monday, Aug 24.  Schedules are on the table in the foyer.  Please pick one up if you are interested in studying God’s word with fellow Christians!  For more information, call the SHBI office at 281-990-8899.

We will gather at 10 AM and invite you to join us. In order to provide the safest possible venue, please carefully read and follow all of the requests and recommendations you received in the email from Mark. Please click this link to register yourself and anyone that will attend with you.
Should you not feel comfortable attending, we plan to live stream and also record the message portion of the service so that everyone interested is included.
Ladies, Table Talk is back! We resume our “Table Talks” in just two weeks. We cannot believe it’s been two months since we’ve met with you!
